Young Samurai Challenge Video submission Terms and Conditions:

1. No purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
2. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 9 to 18 years. Videos from those age 13 or under must be accompanied by written permission from a parent/guardian or with their written consent and with the email address of a parent/guardian.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any videos that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Videos sent via agents or third parties are invalid. Videos become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
4. Multiple entries are allowed.
5. You may submit videos to two separate YouTube channels: the Young Samurai Display Challenge and the Young Samurai Spoof Challenge.


1. To enter the Young Samurai Display Challenge you must submit a video no more than 3 minutes long of you or a group (up to 20 people) performing martial arts.
2. To enter the Young Samurai Spoof Challenge you must submit a video no more than 3 minutes long of you or a group (up to 20 people) performing martial arts in a funny or unusual way.
   For both, videos must be submitted together with the entrant’s personal details using the online form found at www.youngsamurai.com/challenge, and must be in .mov, .mp4, .mpg, or .mpeg format.
6. All correctly completed entries will be posted on the relevant Young Samurai Challenge YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/YoungSamuraiSPOOF or http://www.youtube.com/user/YoungSamuraiDISPLAY).
7. By entering this promotion each entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-owned creation and to the extent that such entry makes use of any third party materials that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Entrants will keep the Promoter harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person. By submitting an entry, each entrant (or their parent/guardian on their behalf) grants to the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each entrant (or their parent/guardian on their behalf) undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalise the licence. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit materials to us.
8. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the promotion, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
9. By entering the promotion each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
